TactDoc collects only the minimum personal information necessary for service provision. Your email address and profile information are collected when you sign in with Google.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

Collected personal information is used for:

• Service provision and user authentication
• Subscription and payment management
• Service improvement and customer support

3. Document Data Processing

PDF documents uploaded by users are processed as follows:

• Stored on encrypted servers for AI analysis
• Accessible only by the user who uploaded them
• Permanently deleted upon account deletion
• Never shared with third parties

4. Payment Information

Payment information is securely processed through Polar payment system. TactDoc does not directly store sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers.

5. User Rights

Users have the following rights:

• Request to view and modify personal information
• Request to delete personal information (account deletion)
• Request to restrict data processing
• Request for data portability

6. Data Security

TactDoc protects user data through SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. We utilize Supabase's secure infrastructure.

7. Policy Changes

If this privacy policy changes, we will notify you through in-service announcements or email. Important changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance.
