1. Refund Policy Overview

TactDoc prioritizes customer satisfaction. We operate a fair refund policy for Pro subscriptions.

2. Automatic Refund System

TactDoc operates an automatic refund system for unused subscriptions.

If you have not used any Pro features (uploading over 50 pages, sending over 100 chat messages) within 7 days of subscription, you will automatically receive a full refund.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds are available if the following conditions are met:

  • Within 7 days from subscription start date
  • No Pro-exclusive features used (only free tier usage)
  • Applies to first subscription payment only

4. Manual Refund Request

If you do not qualify for automatic refund but wish to request one:

  1. Send a refund request email to support@tactdoc.xyz
  2. Include your account email, subscription start date, and reason for refund
  3. We will review and respond within 3 business days

5. Non-Refundable Cases

If you have actively used Pro features (uploaded over 50 pages or sent over 100 chat messages), refunds are not available. However, issues caused by service errors will be reviewed separately.

6. Refund Processing Time

After refund approval, the refund will be completed within 3-7 business days depending on your payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is complete.
